To ensure your members can always find their way back to your Mentessa community, make sure they have easy access to its URL—either by saving it or by providing a “Go to Community” button on your website, intranet, or other internal platforms.

How It Works

Choose a Custom URL: When creating your community, you can select a custom URL, such as marketing.mentessa.com, to make it easy to remember.
Share the URL with Members: Ensure your members always know the community’s URL so they can return whenever they want.
Include the URL in Key Channels: Add your community link to your website, intranet, newsletters, or other communications to make it easily accessible.
Access via the App: Members can also log in through app.mentessa.com, where all their communities will be listed for quick access.
